Design Manager · Dallas–Frisco, TX
Seven years in brand identity, advertising, packaging, editorial, and UI/UX. From logo systems to Figma prototypes, ad campaigns to full publications—my work lives on billboards, social feeds, retail shelves, and production apps. Strategy first, measurable results always.
Selected Work
"Never Fear, Ace Is Near!" campaign showing common home problems that Ace can help you fix.
The Concept
Everyone has that project they've been putting off. The half-painted wall. The hole that's been there for months. The sink that needs some attention. Ace is the friendly neighbor who can help you tackle it.
The Execution
Each ad focuses on one relatable problem. The tagline stays consistent. Clean layouts that let the imagery do the talking.
Book cover design for Alannah Harris. A self-help guide about letting go of your past and moving forward.
Dallas culture magazine covering grills, art, food, music, and history. A city on the rise.
Japanese Edition cookbook design. Cover to cover layout featuring regional cuisine, bilingual typography, and rich food photography.
Cover art and visual identity for independent artists and sample pack releases.
Western Conference Champions celebration poster. Bold typography, Dallas skyline, and the core four who made it happen.
The Concept
When the Mavs punched their ticket to the Finals, the city needed something to rally around. Luka, Kyrie, PJ, and the squad front and center, with the Dallas skyline and Reunion Tower anchoring it to home. Gritty halftone texture gives it that vintage championship poster feel.
Cocktail menu designs and promotional materials for a local sports bar in Forney, TX. Moody bar photography meets bold script typography.
Before
This is what the cocktail menu looked like when I first started working with Lucky's. Functional, but missing personality.
After
Moody bar photography, elegant script typography, and a consistent visual system across all drink posters. Now it feels like a destination, not just another sports bar.
Ad campaign for the 2024 Olympic roster. Each ad celebrates the athlete's journey from college to the pros to representing their country.
The Concept
Each ad tells a story. The athlete in their Team USA jersey front and center, surrounded by moments from every team they've played for. College, NBA, international - all leading to this moment representing their country.
Outdoor
The player cards scale beautifully to outdoor formats. Billboard installations showcase multiple players side by side, creating a roster feel that builds anticipation for the games.
Complete brand identity for FUEL Energy + Beer. Logo, packaging, outdoor advertising, and point-of-sale displays. A full system from scratch.
The Brand
FUEL is an energy beer. Yes, that's a thing. The logo combines a rocket ship with a pint glass, flames included. Three flavor variants, each with its own bold color: Blazing Stout (red), Gassy Pilsner (orange), and Sparky IPA (blue).
Packaging
The flame graphic wraps the entire bottle. Matte black glass with bright color accents. The 6-pack carriers extend the brand with the rocket flame illustration.
Outdoor
"Pass on the Gas, Energize Your A**" - bold, cheeky copy that matches the brand personality. The rocket visual of stacked cans creates instant recognition.
Point of Sale
"Trash the Juel for the Fuel" - integrated POP display at gas stations. Screen ads, bottle displays, and branded cooler panels working together.
"Bring It On!" campaign for LaCie's rugged storage drives. The concept: these drives are built tough enough to take a beating.
The Concept
LaCie's Rugged drives are built for abuse. Drop them, kick them, throw them in your bag. The "Bring It On!" campaign leans into that toughness with a playful twist.
Each ad personifies the drive as a fighter ready for anything. Boxing gloves, football helmet, army gear. Your data is protected by something that fights back.
The Execution
Each ad uses a strong single-color background to make the product pop. The tagline stays consistent across all executions. Print-ready for magazines and digital.
My current role. Managing design projects and keeping brand consistency across everything we put out. More details coming as I build up work to show.
The Role
Logos, business cards, promo materials, whatever the team needs. I make sure everything looks right and stays on brand. Multiple projects at once, tight deadlines, lots of stakeholder presentations.
Also working on building out the design culture here and mentoring the team.
Still building up shareable work from this role. Check back in a bit.
About
Currently leading design at TIAA. Before that, five years running my own studio—working with record labels, restaurants, and brands that needed more than just "something nice." I've built identities from scratch, launched campaigns that drove real results, and obsessed over details most people never notice. Adobe is home. Figma is the playground. Typography is the thing I never shut up about.
